Inspire 3D Gallery

"Flower" - Jul.
28, 2002
An artificial metal flower created from a 3D disk using just one operation and
no plug-ins.
About the product: NewTek [ http://www.newtek.com/ ] released Inspire 3D 1.0 in early 1998 retailing at $495 USD. It is a cut down version of its bigger brother Lightwave, but contains the same intuitive interface and excellent rendering engine. Mostly aimed at graphic artists, multimedia creators, and web designers, it is no lightweight. It cannot be purchased in retail stores anymore, but certain online stores are still offering an upgrade for registered users of this product to LW9 at a reasonable price (approximately LW retail price minus the original I3D retail price).
